Starting his passionate organization in the year 1984 with 8 weaving machines, today under his leadership Sangam India Ltd is recognized as one of the largest manufacturers of Poly Viscose dyed yarn in the world. Sangam India Ltd. is among the top 500 companies of India.

Dr. S.N. Modani is the Managing Director of M/s. Sangam (India) Limited since 1989. Dr. Modani holds a PhD in strategic management practices for a sustainable future, along with a Masters Science (M.Sc), with honours in Chemistry, as well as an MBA qualification along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cement Technology from NCBM, Faridabad.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Sodani, Executive Director, Sangam Group is responsible for managing business of PV Suiting, Furnishing Manufacturing with Domestic & Overseas marketing. He shifted to Bhilwara in 1998 to take charge of the Home furnishing & Dress Material business of Sangam Group.

He is an Independent Director of the Company. During 1972 to 1979 he has worked as a Management Trainee in M/s. Bird& Company and Junior Engineer Trainee (JET) in SAIL (Durgapur Steel Plant).

He is an Independent Director of Company. During 1969-1978: Worked in large diversified conglomerate. In diverse areas of commercial, legal affairs along with Secretarial issues as Company Secretary. During 1978-2001: Worked in ICICI Ltd/ICICI Bank Ltd.

Smt. Jyoti Sharma, aged 57 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She joined the Board of Directors of the Company in June, 2020. She has been working as Senior Vice President with Banking Codes and Standards Board of India since August 2015. She has 21 years’ experience in IDBI in Chandigarh, Jaipur and Mumbai office handling various operational and non-operational departments.

Mr. Anurag Soni is the Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer of Sangam India Ltd. With his sharp finance acumen, he is entrusted with the responsibility of treasury management and streamlining operations for sustainable business growth.

Mr. Yaduvendra Mathur, aged 62 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company during January, 2021. He was Officer of the Indian Administrative Service and retired in the year 2019 from the rank of Secretary to Govt. of India, Neeti Aayog, New Delhi.

Mr. Pranal Modani is the Chief Business Strategist at Sangam (India) Limited, the flagship company of the business conglomerate, Sangam Group. Pranal graduated with a Masters in Management degree from London Business School, UK and an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, along with a minor in Economics. He’s a member of Round Table India and CITI Young Entrepreneurs Group.
